Deborah Measor is an operations strategist and financial compliance professional who oversees the firm's daily administration, financial management, and governance frameworks. By bridging the gap between high-level strategy and practical execution, Deborah ensures that the internal infrastructure is as robust and financially sound as its legal advocacy.

Representative experience

A Hong Kong native, Deborah's career is defined by a blend of corporate discipline and social-sector agility. She began her career in 2009 at KPMG, where she spent over three years advising on complex financial accounting and compliance matters. This foundation in precision and regulatory adherence remains a cornerstone of her approach to the firm's management.

Seeking to apply her financial acumen to the social impact sector, Deborah joined the Bai Xian Asia Institute (BXAI) as its founding staff member. From 2013 to 2018, she served as Manager of Program and Operations, where she was instrumental in building a pan-Asian scholarship program from the ground up. During her tenure, she oversaw the daily administration and scaling of the Asian Future Leaders Scholarship Program, managing multiple facets from partnership and systems development to governance support and program design.

In addition to her leadership at Patricia Ho & Associates, Deborah serves as a Consultant to Seeds Company Limited. In this capacity, she provides strategic operational and financial support across the company's philanthropic initiatives and commercial activities.
