We defend individuals charged with criminal offences in the Magistrates' Courts, the District Court and the Court of First Instance. The practice covers most of what comes before the Hong Kong criminal courts, from drug offences and financial crime to general crime and serious traffic cases, and we are particularly experienced where a charge meets another area of our work, such as immigration or financial crime.

We are well placed to act where a defendant may also be a victim. Our managing partner, Ms Patricia Ho, has acted for many defendants who were themselves exploited, particularly in scams involving drug trafficking, conspiracy to defraud, or money laundering. That combination of criminal defence and victim advocacy shapes how we prepare these cases.

We act for clients from the police station through to verdict and sentence, and beyond where an appeal lies, at every level of court.
