When a regulator is asking questions, when an investigation is under way, or when your organisation needs to get ahead of a risk before it becomes an incident, we advise institutions and the people who run them — calmly, in confidence, and with an eye on where the matter could go next. Where a matter becomes a criminal one — including money-laundering and other regulatory offences — we also act in the defence itself.

Visas for the people you hire

If your organisation employs people who need a Hong Kong work visa — or brings staff in from overseas — we handle the applications for you, at fixed fees per staff member, so you can plan the cost:

First application: starting from HK$5,000 per staff member.
Renewal: starting from HK$4,000 per staff member.
