Anita Ng

Anita Ng is an experienced corporate and commercial advisor who guides early-stage, high-growth businesses and scaling enterprises. Her practice spans the full business lifecycle, from initial corporate structuring, financing, and funding to the negotiation of complex commercial contracts, international expansion, the strategic resolution of contractual disputes, and eventual exit or sale.

Anita also acts as fractional general counsel to start-ups and founders — the senior legal judgment a growing company needs before it can justify hiring in-house. She helps founders and boards navigate legal and regulatory questions as they arise, and believes the best way to avoid a costly dispute is a solid legal foundation laid early.

Before joining the firm, Anita spent over a decade at top-tier international law firms—Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton—representing multinational corporations, listed companies, and private equity firms across their Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, London, and Brussels offices. She now brings that training to smaller and growing businesses, helping founders and investors see and manage risk with a global perspective.
