Admitted as a solicitor in 2022, he has advised on multi-jurisdictional contractual disputes and handled private client matters such as grant applications, drafting Wills and Deed of Appointment of Guardianship. Prior to joining Patricia Ho & Associates, he worked in the family team of an independent Hong Kong law firm. In his matrimonial and family practice he takes a pragmatic approach when handling financial disputes involving high-net-worth individuals, and high-conflict children matters. He was notably named a "Family Law Rising Star (Hong Kong)" by Doyle's Guide in 2026.
Advised a Hong Kong company in a breach of contract dispute arising from a sale of goods agreement valued in excess of HK$40 million.
Assisted a Hong Kong company in a shareholder dispute involving a corporate buyout order, and successfully set aside a final judgment obtained by a Hong Kong company in relation to a commercial agreement dispute.
Advised on matrimonial proceedings involving assets of over HK$600 million across several jurisdictions; assisted in an ancillary relief trial involving assets of over HK$100 million and constructive trusts. Advised on interim maintenance and litigation funding applications.
Represented the petitioner father in successfully resisting a permanent relocation application; represented the petitioner father in a 3-day custody trial; represented the respondent mother in a successful urgent application for interim care and control; advised a same-sex couple in an application for a declaration of parentage and custody, care and control; advised on wardship applications involving parental rights; advised on multiple adoption proceedings.
