Prior to joining the legal profession, Joanna worked as a newspaper reporter, writing award-winning news stories about the COVID-19 Pandemic, Hong Kong's major infrastructure projects, and public transport policy. Her background in investigative reporting on public policy and social issues provides her with a unique ability to analyse complex factual scenarios and communicate them clearly to clients and other stakeholders. Her previous roles at major news outlets honed her skills in navigating difficult situations, allowing her to assist clients in formulating legal strategies with a high-level crisis management perspective.
